Job Summary:
iApartments is looking for a Software Engineer who is AI-first in how they design, build, test, and deploy AWS cloud-native software. This role emphasizes rapid iteration, high code quality, and continuous learning using modern AI-assisted and agentic development tools.
The ideal candidate is motivated to tackle complex cloud-based systems in the multifamily industry and is comfortable leveraging AI tools (including agentic AI) as a core part of their daily development workflow to deliver value faster and more reliably.
National Director of Sales

Job Summary:
The National Director of Sales is a strategic individual contributor responsible for driving national revenue growth through direct sales, key account development, and complex deal execution. This role focuses on identifying high-value opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate and regional decision-makers, and positioning iApartments as a strategic partner across targeted multifamily portfolios.
- Own and execute national sales strategy for key accounts.
- Create account plans aligned with client goals.
- Prospect, pursue, and close complex opportunities with large property management groups.
- Build relationships with decision-makers across corporate and regional levels.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
- Partner cross-functionally to align client needs with operational execution.
- Maintain pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and market intelligence.
- Proven success in a strategic B2B individual contributor sales role
- Track record of closing complex, multi-site, or enterprise-level deals
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with strong execution
- Skilled at navigating multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
