What was your company’s primary use case for iApartments?

iApartments helps our housing community by letting residents have access to their front door, lights and thermostat all through their personal device. This creates convenience and luxury to our residents.

I love that you are able to access this app anywhere. It is so convenient and helpful in all ways. I love the idea of unlocking your home from your phone and having to just do things with the flick of your finger. You have access to almost everything in your home.

I think Iapartments can improve on information for future residents. giving them pointers and instructions or assistance for certain situations. Easy access on a FAQ that will help them address any kind of issue that may arise.

I truly believe Taylor makes iApartments great to work with. The service he has provided us has been nothing but amazing. I would most def recommend people to reach out to Taylor to start their journey with iApartments.

What was your company’s primary use case for iApartments?

Our communities use IApartments smart home technology to enhance the resident experience, from secure front door access and temporary guest codes to convenient remote thermostat control.

With Texas weather being so unpredictable, the climate control feature has been especially popular across all three properties. From what we’re hearing, residents love how simple the setup process is and how convenient the system is to use day to day.

Given how straightforward the setup process is, the only area that may need improvement is battery life within the homes, as the devices appear to drain more quickly than expected.

We have been very fortunate to be assigned such a strong IApartments Community Success Manager. Taylor is highly responsive whenever issues arise and consistently checks in with all of our communities as needed.

Implementing keyless entry and smart thermostats to enhance security, improve operational efficiency, and provide added convenience and energy savings for our residents. I like how seamlessly it improves both our team’s efficiency and the resident experience.

Easy platform and great team.

What was your company’s primary use-case for iApartments?

Our community uses the iApartments Platform for front door locks, leak sensors, and thermostat control. The online portal we use in the office is very user friendly and syncs with our Yardi software making resident access a breeze when they move in.

Customer support and success teams are very friendly and always ready to help it's truly been amazing working with them. Everything so far has been great and as mentioned when I do have issue the customer support and success teams are quick to respond.

Any apartment community looking to add smart home features this is who you are looking for.

What do you like most about iApartments?
The SMART LOCKS; I like being able to give friends and family temporary guest access to my home without worrying about making extra physical keys. It’s convenient to know I can control who has access—especially if I’m not home and someone needs to get in.

What could iApartments do better?
The batteries do drain pretty quickly.

Who would you recommend iApartments to?
It would be great if smart home systems like iApartments were available not just for businesses or multifamily communities, but also for private homeowners.

How about customer service and support?
It has been awesome working with Shantelle. Her customer service is second to none. She is always professional, kind, empathetic, and super knowledgeable. I understand that no matter where you go, companies and products will always have shortcomings, but it's the way Shantelle takes ownership of the situation and genuinely tries to help overcome that makes all the difference. This is what really matters and sets iApartments apart from other vendors. In my opinion, it's not about never having problems; it's about how you handle them. Over the past three years, not a single person on my team has had anything negative to say about Shantelle's support, proving her work ethic and customer service to be rare qualities that are not as common in the workplace. I want to say a huge THANK YOU to iApartments for everything!

Mid Rise Apts 269 units : we use it as a convenience and back tool because you can conveniently make access code for guest and vendors. Also, we do not handle resident lockouts, so the app is great for when or if a resident loses their physical keys they can utilize IApartments.

What do you like most about iApartments?
The convenience of being able to unlock and lock units remotely and keeps Vendors from not returning our physical keys!

Nothing I can think of! Love the app so far.

Customer support has been excellent, especially Shantelle, our Client Success Manager. She’s always available and quick to help whenever we need it. We really appreciate her responsiveness and the support she provides; it makes a huge difference for us.

Value for money?
I gave it a 5 because it’s been a smooth experience from the start. The smart locks and thermostat features work great, it's saved us time and money, and our residents really like the convenience. No complaints so far, it’s just been a solid solution all around.

Ease of onboarding?
The onboarding process was super easy. The team made sure everything was clear and set up smoothly. We didn’t run into any issues, and the transition was quick and efficient, thanks to the helpful support from Shantelle and the rest of the team.

Compatibility with your existing solutions?
iApartments integrated really well. There weren’t any issues, and the transition was seamless. The platform’s flexibility made it easy to sync.
